1. The new management proposes the following measures to improve the club:  new players will be bought; ticket prices will be lowered, perhaps as much as 10%; the quality of refreshments inside the ground will be improved; every attempt will be made to improve security, particularly outside the ground before matches.

2.  Michael Pearson, the company's owner, said:  "I think the problem has a lot to do with attitudes and levels of motivation throughout the company:  it's about morale."
